ok, it’s been a long while. been busy at work. Booya. got get my paperwork in to take advantage of my stock options before the end of the month. I love my company (http://viddler.com), it’s gotta be one of the best jobs, I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten my hands dirty with some api scripts to do QA and help clients. I didn’t realize how rewarding it is when you write a script that saves you time and helps make our product better.
Softball has been going awesome, although the two teams I’m playing for are not playing to our full potential, yet!
been super busy with side work, only had 2 days off the last 6 weeks.
but it’s all good, I like being outside in the sun and having the opportunity to make a little extra money and not depend on Uncle Sam to ‘bail’ us out.
gotta get to writing up some tickets for our dev team to fix a couple bugs I found. until next time…same bat domain, same bat person.
A couple weeks ago, we had a blizzard that dumped a huge amount of snow in Lehigh Valley, PA. Here are a couple videos from the storm. I love when the snow is really deep like this. It’s ashame that we don’t get storms like this more often. I would love to have at least one storm a year drop at lest 18+ inches of snow on us.
I don’t have a new video of Chance running around in the snow, but I can tell you that I don’t think there is another dog out there that loves snow as much as Chance. He loves to run around and jump into the big mounds of snow next to the lamp post at the end of my driveway. He also really loves eating snow. Heck if Chance would eat the snow faster, I wouldn’t have to shovel.
Next post will be something with baseball or sports. It’s just that time of year.
A very good friend of mine, Timmy Kearney, sent these to me. I hope that they bring a head nod to you like they did to me.
lily tomlin: for fast acting relief, try slowing down
dolly parton: the way i see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain
calvin coolidge: if you see ten troubles coming down the road, you can be sure that 9 will run into the ditch before they reach you
julius caesar: as a rule, what is out of sight disturbs men’s minds more seriously that what they see
thomas jefferson: how much pain have cost us the evils which have never happened
stress is like spice- in the right proportion it enhances the flavor of the dish. too little produces a bland, dull meal; too much may choke you
Unlike the ‘idiot’ in the image to the right, I love the true idiots our there that think because they have 4 twitter accounts with different names. Do these idiots think they are really ‘out smarting’ everyone, because they post the same thing to 4 different accounts at the same exact time.WTF!!! why waste bandwidth? These people are a waste of good air and food. Heck the food these idiots eat could go to Haiti if the idiots weren’t here.
We all come across idiots everyday of our life. Is there a way to stop stupid idiotic people from reproducing? Seriously, as the population grows, these idiots take up more and more of the valuable resources that cool, helpful and smart people could be using.
Sorry had to get that off my chest, because I must delete at least 10 accounts a day from idiots like this. For those that don’t know I work at viddler.com, we are a video hosting company, but mlm, cash gifting, among other scams seem to try to open a bunch of accounts and post the same video in the hopes that some fool will watch the video. These videos are the ones that promise you don’t have to work and you can still make $5,000 per week. I don’t know who is the bigger idiot, the assclown who is scamming everyone or the moron that clicked the link thinking they could make $5k a week without doing work. lol
Anyway done with that Rant!!! I feel better now. Bring on the snow, biotches.
